Checks mailed will not be cashed unless booth is approved. Welcome to the 4th Annual Healthy Food Festival!
Vendors will be in the Commons of Grants Pass High School... or the yard if requested.
Each vendor is encouraged to provide samples and tastings or activities. Infuse those who stop at your booth with all the wisdom you bring and a physical experience to take away for their greatest health and you will surely be remembered after the fair ends. Please – no candy or unhealthy give aways.
Booth Setup times:
Friday, 9/28 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm
Saturday, 9/29 from 7:30 to 8:45 am
All booths must be setup and ready to go by 8:45 am.
We will call a gathering of vendors, volunteers, and organizers at 8:45 am for a short time to just be present together and establish our united tone for the day. This will give us each an opportunity to see one another eye to eye and know who else is present.
The event runs from 9 am to 5 pm. Please wait until 5:00 to begin breaking down your booth. We have until 8:00 pm to be completely cleaned and cleared out.
10 x 8 Booth spaces come with an 8’ table and two chairs. Double space include 2 tables and 4 chairs.
Tables are undressed, please bring appropriate coverings to share your unique message.
If you have electricity for your booth needs, please bring a heavy duty extension cord.
There are no room dividers, so we will be open air … no walls between us.
Flyers will be attached. One prints as full 8.5 x 11 poster, and one prints 4 to a page for handouts to your customers and clients. If you would like an 11x17, please make request via email.
